800# 1-800-898-3923. For a limited time, this number was
reactivated due to our internal audits, but its no longer to be used.
This number checks your caller ID to see if you have support credits,
and we have removed all credits for all customers.

INFORMATION REGARDING OUR NEW 24/7 PREMIUM
SUPPORT CENTER
*Premium Support 24-7 is
standard on all Standard & Premium accounts or higher that are
created after Jan 15, 2008, that are from our Primary ISPs (WorldNet,
CCISP and Missouri Internet). This is our technical call center
for people needing help setting up there connection. You must
have an existing account to call them. If you signup for any
services with the call center, you will be charged $3.95 per service.
(IE: ordering internet+accel+email would cost 3.95x3 = $11.85 Setup
Fee) It is best that you signup online for services first, then
call in after you have a dialup account ordered.
If your account is older,
you may need to have your account converted. You can do this via
support ticket, or support email, but not by phone. Allow 1
business day for conversion. Accounts that are discounted may
not be eligible for conversion to premium support without a monthly
rate increase.
How do I know if I am a PREMIUM MEMBER?
Premium Support may be used by
username@gotfaith.cc, username@dialupcenter.com and
username@mwconnection.net users.
Users with usernames ending with @dialpop.net or @go.xxx or @xxxxstream
users will NOT have access to premium support. Accounts
with these endings have stripped, or basic accounts, and the service is
not in their pricing. Should you wish to upgrade to have premium
support, and upgraded service, you may request this through submitting a
ticket. We will review your account, the reply with available options.

We have now implemented an
email based support ticket system. Our email address for this
service is
support@dialupcenter.com. If you send an email there, it
will auto-open a ticket, and move it up to priority.
